 HISTORY & STATUS
The American School of Symptometry (formerly the American College of Symptometry) was established in 2010 by the founder of Symptometry, Dr. Maxwell Nartey, DHM, NHD. In 2012, the State of Illinois and the State of North Carolina granted the School status as a not-for-profit entity.
 ACCREDITATION
The Board of Symptometry and the Grand Council of Symptometric Therapeutics have fully accredited American School of Symptometry.  Courses from other schools of health do not transfer over to the American School of Symptometry. Courses taken at the School do not transfer to any other educational institution.
Symptometry requires a total paradigm shift.
 LICENSE
The Board of Symptometry will issue a license to a student who successfully completes all of the School’s courses and passes the licensing examination. A license authorizes a symptometrist to add LS (licensed symptometrist) to his/her name in addition to DSym, or PCS. It also permits the establishment of his/her symptometric facility anywhere in the world. The conditions for issuing the license will be clearly specified in the License document.
